La Cocina

Started as a weekend pop-up by a family of three generations of cooks. The grandmother's recipes, the parents' hustle, and the kids running the social media. What began on a folding table in a parking lot became East LA's most talked-about taco spot.

Every recipe has a story. Every salsa has a name. Every tortilla is pressed by hand, the way it was done before machines, before shortcuts, before anyone was watching.

I've eaten tacos from Tijuana to Mexico City. El Fuego is the real deal, right here in LA.
